Tow-4-U are fully insured, through Tradex for the transportation of all caravans including all permanent internal fixtures & fittings. The policy does not cover any additional contents.

A copy of the insurance policy is available to customers upon request.

All caravans must be in a roadworthy and serviceable condition, tyres and lights must comply with current legislation.

Tow-4-U will not tow any caravan with a body in excess of 2.3 metres wide or 7 metres long (excluding A-frame) or exceeding 2720 kgs weight.

If upon collection the caravan is found to exceed these dimensions the work will not be undertaken, and there will be no refund of any payments already paid to Tow-4-U.

All caravans will be inspected and a damage report completed and retained by Tow-4-U.

Additionally, digital photographs will be taken of any damaged areas identified during inspection.

The transportation of any customers caravan is at the discretion of Tow-4-U.

Any unforeseen costs incurred by Tow-4-U during transportation caravans must be met by the customer.
